I'm in my 40s, have been losing very slowly for 15 yrs. Please photos attached of crown/vertex.
A couple of surgeons have pointed i have retrograde alopecia and therefore not ideal candidate.
What do you guys think?
As you can i have a large circle of thin hair, it's the just the top hemisphere i want to fill in, the bottom hemisphere i can camouflage by buzzing back and sides down to zero.
Minoxidil worked amazing for 18 months then stopped working. Not keen on finasteride due to sides but am thinking about if it will regrown/thicken my hair.
