Ran out of finasteride :(

Long story short i've been taking finasteride religiously for the past 3 months (been on the big 3) and have seen no change in frontal recession, which imo is a good thing. I usually stay on top of ordering so if i were to run out id always have more. Recently my January order was put on hold and will be shipped tomorrow, in which case it takes around 2 weeks to come in. My last pill, which i had to split into 0.5mg to last will be taken tomorrow. Will this 'off' period effect my results in anyway ? I'm using minoxidil and nizoral regularly as well. Thank you.

hi I really don't think that 2 weeks off finasteride will do any harm. cheers..

I don't think you'll lose any ground, but a lot of people don't realize the drug has to build up for a while in your body for it to have an affect. So, you'll have to take it for awhile to get back to where you were at 3 months. (How long IDK!)
