First off this a retrospective case control which can never prove causation, just an association. And the data was only statistically significant for women

It has been discussed many times in this forum about aromatase inhibtors and how estrogen is cruical for hair regrowth.There are studies that show women who take aromatase inhibitors are devoloping male pattern baldness like classic hairline recession.So you should assume it has same effects on men as well.
