I'm going clean cut though because I look way way older with facial hair. I look about 35-38 (I'm only 29). I would say in your pic you still look in your 20s

At 18 you looked 14, at 21 you look 25. It's not like you look like a 30+ yr old but I agree having good hair is a plus when dating younger chicks.
As i've said before, you pulled out the shaved look quite well so you're already better looking than most people on here

This girl's got a super bald dad so maybe that grants her some degree of understanding lol. I still do believe there is no perfect formula to determine what makes a girl like a particular guy and that their tastes are more complicated than men's are generally speaking.

Yeah, it's a preference, but hair is generally considered attractive. Not everyone can pull the look like you do so thats a plus. I sure as hell wouldn't be able to , lol
