Quick finasteride Question

I have been on propecia 1mg for two months now. The first five weeks was nothing but shed, shed, shed. However, my vertex looks the best it has ever looked in two years. I am a norwood 2v and 23 years old. I am so happy with my vertex, but my frontal hairline and the top of my head seem much thinner. I guess my shed hit there pretty hard.

Anyways, now I do not shed and lose noticeably less hairs in a given day. From previously 100-120 per day to 20-40 per day. My question is simply, how long will it take for my frontal hairline and top of head to recover from the shed? Is that shed pretty common when first starting propecia?

I guess I am so pleased with my vertex I want everything else to catch up.

Thanks guys.

I did not experience frontal shedding when I started propecia. Are you completely sure that you have less hair on your frontal area than before you started? Your frontal follicles could still be thinning regardless of propecia's effect on your vertex. You might try what I am doing right now and use rogaine foam to improve your hairline.
