Hey, my dad is a Norwood IV-V at 60 y old. My granfather from mothers side had pretty much a full head. I think i might be receding just little bit as my hair does not seem as "full". So , i have a little dandruff and i was wondering, if i Start using nizoral, it does not hurt? I get rid of dandruff and in the long run it can delay my potential hair loss a little? So, should i Start using it regularly, or just use some head and shoulders shampoo to get rid of dandruff and not get on nizoral just now? Other thing in my country we only have yellow nizoral. Any differences from the blue One? Last thing im looking to buy a new shampoo , should i ditch sulfates? Was lioking into American crew ones but they have sulfates, some good shampoos (like , drug store ones) you can recommend?

I fought with dandruff for almost 15 years. That's how long it took me to finally find a shampoo that solved the problem for me. When I tried Nizoral It made my dandruff even worse so I had to stop using it.
One of the shampoo without sulfates is Regenepure DR Hair Loss & Scalp Treatment. It's expensive and it did not help me at all. Same result as with Nizoral.
