So I've decided to finally just order finasteride online. I don't want to risk throwing 100-200 dollars away on a pointless doctor visit because I don't have a lot of money or medical coverage right now. But I have some questions for people who have gone the online route.
1. Did you ever have a shipment of finasteride confiscated by customs? I'm ordering from India and I live in the US. I really don't want legal trouble OR my money to go down the drain because of customs holding it. I've read this never happens though.
2. What is the legality of transporting finasteride from place to place without a prescription? Like what do you do if you have to travel?
3. Have you ever switched from online to a legit prescription, and if so, what did you say? If finasteride reduced your hairloss to the point where you don't look balding anymore, how do you convince a doctor you need it? You can't admit you've been ordering it online and you have no medical history of a prescription.
If you don't want to answer these publicly, just PM me...for anyone trying to convince me to just go the doctor route, I simply can't right now. Even IF an MD straight up gave me a prescription if I just walked in, it would still cost more than double (shipping included) if I just order it online. I just want to get this over with, tired of waiting.
