Okay, i'm going to be 18 next year when i want to get my hair transplant, a very smalll one to fill in my temples...I talked to a few people already about this, and they told me that 18 is prolly to young for it. I still want to get one though despite this, becuase i have been on finasteride fand minoxidil for a while and it has completly stopped my hairloss, Feedback...needed

The advise you got is sound, you are way to young. Also a hairtransplant may cause more hairloss and you will be commited to more surgeries. Also if you fill in your temples that hair is there for life the rest is not and you will look strange as time goes by.Keep doing research and stay out of hairclinics for a long long time.

Dpunktz,

Glad to hear your hairloss has really slowed down but just FYI there are NO meds that will ever completely stop genetic hairloss since it is progressive in its nature.

I also encourage you to wait awhile longer to get a better handle on where your hairloss is headed. What is the most extreme case of male pattern baldness (Norwood Class) in your paternal and maternal family history?
