i use an anti adrogenic topical called trichagen 2x a day,it contains medroxy progesterone acetate and finestiride. its supposed to be a hair cell blocker from dht and testosterone..
i also use folligen 2 x a day and emu oil at night
my question is.... would it make sense for me to add spironolactone as well to my regimen? or is that too much, too similiar to trichagen, or no benefit, etc...
also is the spironolactone with alzeic acid available? if so , is that the one to add to my regimen...
also what is the main benefit of vitamin b complex?
