I think there are only two interesting wavelenghts:

- Blue light cause it increase nitric oxide (target regrowth)
- Try to hit your hair follicles which are anagen beyond 3mm (maintenance?)

I would assume you would just want to hit beyond the subcutis which starts at 3mm, to prolong anagen possibly.

There is nothing to argue about nitric oxide. You could also get an nitrogylcerin ointment.
