Question for Nizoral users.

I am going to start using Nizoral 2% this week. I have read posts on this forum that it can dry out and frizzle your hair and that you should use a conditioner afterwards. Can fellow posters that use Nizoral 2% tell me what conditioner they use? Also is it true that you use Nizoral like normal shampoo except you leave it in for 5min's then rinse it out?

thanx for your help everyone :D :hairy:

It does not massively matter what conditioner you use, any really... all though i'm sure some people have preferences.

On the bottle it advises to keep the Nizoral on for at least 3 mins - 5 mins. I feel Nizoral is a great product, especially if you use minoxidil. It is also thought that it has anti androgen properties, so may actually help fight hairloss in itself.... you can not say that about any other shampoo

Where can you get the 2% shampoo? I currently use the 1% and it seems to work great, no dryness. If there is a leave in Conditioner out there that contains copper peptides that would probably be the best
