Question for dutasteride users......

was on finasteride for about 18 months.....hair held up pretty well but no regrowth or noticeable thickening. i switched over to dutasteride about 4 months ago. so far i feel like my hair has thinned out a bit. i'm thinking of jumping back onto finasteride but wanted to get a perspective from somone who's been on dutasteride. did you guys experience a large shed around 3-4 months?? thanks.

p.s. i have had no sides from dutasteride whatsoever.

Some shedding at month 4, mainly frontal. Worst of mine occurred between months 6 and 8, but we're all unique in how, and when, we respond. Stick with it, I've made it to a year and results are broadly positive - today or tomorrow I'll post an update in my story thread with some details.

yeah i remember my 4th month i had a huge shed... Its been a year now, but i take it every 2nd/3rd day due to decrease in libido.. I would say hang in there for a bit longer and see how things go, after the shed things start to get better..goodluck and keep us updated
