I know my name isn't cassin but the answer to your question is that you're already risking higher # of side FX and no benefit to your hair, with saw palmetto. Using Propecia as well is redundant in the side effects arena, and an unnecessary load on your hormonal system.

I think it is useless from everything I have read from what people have typed here(and other places) for the most part.
