Question for baord about propecia..

I recently saw a hair transplant Doctor in my area hes the president of hair restoration society or somehing too..Dr Epstein
Anyway he told me with propecia I have a 9 or 8 out of ten chance of keepin my hair as is...and a 7 or 6 out of ten chance of getting regrowth..
is this accurate i thought my chaces were less..
