Question About Topical Finasteride (repost)

Hi,

I live in Canada - Montreal. I know topical finasteride is available in the country but it is exclusively with hassom and wong ? 2.5 % is too much for me since i want less sides as possible. So i would try more of a 1% solution.

I went to see my doctor but he told me he has never heard of it (topical finasteride), he could only give me a oral prescription which i dont want at all.

How can i get this here in quebec, canada ? (internet, etc ?)

Or can i make the solution myself ?

The kane shop sells finasteride in powder form... use the right vehicle and you can make your own 1% solution

What would be the right vehicule ?

So all i would need his finasteride powder + water + vehicule and mix it up ?
