Question about Ketoconazole (Nizoral) shampoo

My understanding is that that Ketoconazole and Finasteride both work by lowering the DHT level. finasteride does it wholesale from the source and Keto only does it on the scalp. I have read somewhere (don't have the source now) that finasteride lowers DHT level about ~65% on daily uses (1-5mg).

My questions:

How much percentage of DHT does Keto lowers in regular use?
Technically, since Keto and finasteride does the same thing, shouldn't regular use of Keto be enough? Or is finasteride more effective in lowering DHT?
Have anyone seen impressive result with just keto and minoxidil use?

Thanks for any help.

finasteride reduces the actual production of DHT, which is both good for the hair bad for other areas of the body (in theory, except for me)

Kez doesnt reduce the DHT it just supposedly keeps it from binding to the hair follicle. THIS IS theory. It also has an anti inflammatory ingredient that is supposed to help blood flow in that area.
So Kez doesn't lower DHT at all in reality.
At least that's hoe Ive read it

Im doing that now. I can no longer take finasteride so its all I have.
After having to stop finasteride I started with nizoral and Im having AWFUL shedding. I am hoping it grows back, but Ill keep things updated. Also I may be doing a hair transplant in a month or two so I honestly cant say if my opinion will be a founded one.
