Question About Hair Miniaturization

Some questions about this. All hairs are t created equal right? Is it normal to have some hairs near the hairline that are shorter? Can these be baby hairs? Is hair miniaturization or smaller hairs always a sign of baldness?

I’ve seen a lot of different answers on the forums, so just trying to have someone set me straight.

For example. I have some random hairs I notice (like three or four?) near the hairline that are shorter than the ones behind them.

Should I just see a derm and have them test me or something?

Yes its normal. There are little hairs all over your hairline and in the back (base) on the back of your neck. A good hair transplant I would think would create a subtle hairline by including these little thinner, shorter hairs.
