Question About Estrogen Or Estradiol Very Important

Hi friends

I'm a 21 year old indian guy (almost 22) and i have agressive hair loss (thats why my regime is spironolactone 200 and dutas 0.5 mg) because many users inspired me to get..... my dermatologist says that adding estrogen (estradiol) to my regime will help with bone.. is this true? and does it help with hair loss better than 200 mg spironolactone? and if i add estrogen to my regime do i still need dht blocker like dutas?????

Thanks for the optimism dude but i look bad with bald head (my face shape is not someones average cup of tea). and i will just take it for 3 years...

Probably not. Dutasteride lowers dht by 90 percent. But it does increase testosterone. So taking spironolactone lowers testosterone. Estrogen will just kill your hormones. It wont help any further if your loss is already halted by the dutasteride and spironolactone. Adding esteogen would be dumping water on an already extinguished fire. If you want regrowth. Then stick with what you are taking but add minoxidil and maybe try dermarolling. Im on dutasteride and finasteride with minoxidil but im gonna add some spironolactone. Not alot though.

Spironolactone and duta without estrodial will destroy your bones and cause mental health issues, u need estradiol to be healthy and regrow hair, but say good bye to your manhood in that case
