I am confused about one side effect of DHT inhibitors...breast englargement. What causes it? is it the less DHT in the body - serum DHT or excessive conversion of testosterone to estrogen that simulates the mammary tissue?
If it's later, then is there any other medication/supplements that I can take to control the conversion of testosterone to estrogen?
Also, when the studies say that finas inhibits 65% (I think) scalp DHT...does that mean it inhibits 65% of DHT in skin all over the body or its just the scalp?
