Story,

26 years old on finasteride and finasteride alone for just over a year and a half now, diffuse thinner that has gotten worse do to a lot of shedding after starting finasteride “ still hoping some will grow backâ€￾

Question

How do you know when to start minoxidil?

I have been told by a lot of people to start it as soon as possible and other to wait till later.
I still have a lot of “not as much as I used toâ€￾ but not enough that people can tell I am starting male pattern baldness.

So how do you diced when is the right time to start?

If you have been using finasteride for 1.5 years and have seen no progress I suggest you consider giving it up and start minoxidil ASAP!

I don't think he means giving up finasteride but you should think about adding minoxidil :lol: The guy says he's getting worse but what would have things been like without the finasteride!
