PSA levels

I just had my PSA levels tested in order to know if i can start propecia or not (dermatologists order).
The results were:

Total PSA : 0.22 ug/L

Free PSA: 0.15 ug/L

Can any one tell me what this numbers mean? And what is their relation with DHT and testosterone?

I think movement in your levels is the key. While uncomfortable, the Doctor. should always perform a physical exam and not rely on PSA regarding Prostate Cancer. imo, he/she is seeking a baseline.
