Prp results--bad thinning/shedding here--help!

Hello. I was a mildly diffuse thinner as of early this year. Had prp with acell in May and August. Hair now looks worse than ever and thinning has dramatically worsened. I was told to expect a shedding period about 2 months after treatment and that results may not be apparent for 8 months but as of now I am extremely concerned that the procedures have triggered a telogen shed that will not show improvement. It is not just thinning of existing hair but what appears to be the destruction of follicles that are not regrowing. Can anyone share experiences/thoughts/hope for improvement? Thanks!
