I'm thinking about getting prp done. I will be visiting Dubai soon. I found a top ranked place which does prp and acell. First of all what is acell? Secondly is it safe to do it in Dubai? I read somewhere that you need several treatments. I'm staying in Dubai for 2 months. If I get it done there can I continue my treatment elsewhere?
