love some help :
1) How can Proxiphen contain both spironolactone and minoxidil ?
2) Does it inhibit 5AR-2, if so to what extend?
3) Can enyone explain to me about the generic Proxiphen producet? I heared Dr. PROCTOR HIMSELF IS connected TO IT.
4)If I do use it, can I lay off minoxidil and spironolactone? apart it is advised to use them twice a day, how come in Proxiphen they need be taken only once? I do not think spironolactone stays connected to receptors for 24 hole houres, is there any info on the time that the body needs do "clean" yp spironolactone from the receptors?

To the extent spironolactone does, it's the only anti-androgenic thing in there.

There is no generic proxiphen product. There is a "lite version" of Prox-n, the non prescription version of proxiphen. It contains SODs/copper peptides and NANO growth stimulators, no phenytoin, minoxidil, or spironolactone which is in proxiphen. It's a lot cheaper though, and the "lite version" even more so. http://www.leg.org is where you get this.

I dont know anything of the latter, but spironolactone and minoxidil should be used twice a day, so it could take the place of one of your applications of each. However i'd use it on top of this, because since the amount of proxiphen cream you get is so tiny, you most likely won't apply it to your whole head.
