How do you know if you're allergic and should stop using Rogaine...i have flaking skin but no serious itching (slight itching at times) could I be allergic and should I switch to Dr. Lee's? No propylene glycol in Dr Lee's, correct? Thanks...just want to provide the optimal hair environment.

You'll know! From what i understand it gets pretty irritated and red. If you're just starting minoxidil it's pretty normal to get a few flakes and a little itching at first. This should go away in a few weeks. While Dr Lee does have a PPG free version, I've heard it's much stickier and takes as long as or longer to dry than Rogaine.
His reduced PPG formula is the most popular. Rogaine has 50% PPG, Dr. Lee's has 30% PPG.
