I am currently comparing these two products:
- Foligain Minoxidil Foam for Men 5%

- Rogaine Foam for Men 5% Minoxidil
http://www.biovea.net/(S(zlrrwymx1uh2tledrhmqfd55))/product_detail.aspx?PID=2153&CID=0&OS=202
What I am wondering is the common dispute about the Propylene Glycol (PG) content in some minoxidil solutions; of which the Foligain includes, whereas the Rogaine does not.
I have read many articles on the actual substance itself and does not support any claims that it is a avoidable product, unless users are allergic to Propylene Glycol.
The main factor is on cost, I'm thinking that I shall probably purchase 4 months supply of the Rogaine foam and further review the Foligain product as a vaible option as I am testing the Rogaine product. As I can always buy the Foligaine and sell the remaining Rogaine solution (I'm very strapped for cash, and reluctant to part with it).
It's taken me nearly a month to decide to take the financial commitment of a minoxidil solution, and I'm still a little unsure, I want to know that what I'm getting is a product that will work, and will be of acceptable quality. I am not prepared to apply the liquid solution as it's too much bother.
Opinions?
What are your experiences with using Propylene Glycol aided products?
Which product would you choose and why?
