Omfg dude! Get a life! Like seriously! This might be the third or fourth thread that you have started about Finasteride after your recent arrival to this forum.
You might just be the biggest pussy there is on this forum. I tried to tell you everything about side effects of Finasteride and told you drug works differently for every one. You won't know until you try it for yourself. Millions of guys take Finasteride without sides and they don't come to these forums to post anything. Asking others about their experiences isn't gonna help at all. It's your body, not theirs.
You know what, I am not even gonna advice you to take Finasteride now because I guess you are gonna start developing all sorts of side effects even before you pop the pill. And it's just a drug not some poison.
Ohh and trust me if you wanna do the EOD thing with Finasteride you will do your body more harm than any good. Hormonal medication is not supposed to be played around with the dosage or the dosing frequency. It's supposed to be taken regularly in the recommended dosage range.
Take your balls out of your purse and decide if you wanna keep your hair or not. Cuz there is no chance in hell that you are gonna keep all those hair without Finasteride or any other AR- blocker. And stop wasting your own time and do something productive with it!

You keep saying this but I was told very differently about finasteride by a real expert, an MD and scientist who absolutely knows about it. He told me that it makes little difference if one takes less than 1mg a day, at a certain point of reduction it would lose some effectiveness. That's it. The 1mg recommendation is a nice round number and not some "safety zone" that you can't take less than without doing harm to yourself, of course.
This is very rude.... I keep posting to get different opinions. Sorry for not trusting only your "expert" opinion.
Oh okay if there isn't a huge difference in the amount of DHT blocked by 0.25mg or 0.50mg then why don't we have 0.5mg Finasteride tablets or 0.25mg Finasteride tablets. I mean if you are getting almost the same DHT inhibition with both the doses with less chance of side effects in one, why did they clinical trials suggest 1mg as the recommended dosage and not 0.5 or 0.25mg? Yes even I have read reports saying the DHT inhibition between these doses has a marginal difference.
There is a reason why 1mg is the recommended dosage. If you get sides, lower the dosage and keep constant on it. Don't take 0.5mg for one week and then 1mg for another.
The average half life of Finasteride is 6-8 hours. If you don't take it for a day DHT levels will rise again the next day. Taking medications EOD makes these ups and downs in the levels of hormones and that is not good for the body. It's just simple common sense mixed with a bit of pharmacokineticks and dynamics.
Oh look, its the 'minoxidil boy' of the forum. I am not criticizing him. He is so superconfused with the matter of taking propecia or no. I mean he just like you. He wants to find excuses like 'liquid Finasteride' and stuff, just like you did. It might be regrowing some of your hair but it won't probably work the same for him. I didn't want him to do anything that I said.I just walked him through the various things about Finasteride. But he won't know if the drug will work for him or no unless he takes it. Otherwise he will also end up using 'liquid Finasteride' and growing peach fuzz lol.
Anyways its not worth asking others or opinion on Finasteride. It is a personal decision that has to be made. And for ****s sake please keep your 'minoxidil kept my hair and I am using liquid Finasteride and growing hair back' theory. I have seen your photos. Your results aren't even that great compared to the stuff you brag about around here. No offense man, stop sucking up to people around here and provide them with a real insight for hairloss. If it makes you feel any better, include 'liquid Finasteride' also ROFL.
