Propecia

I've seen this suggested a few times on this board.

I think I'm losing my hair a little around the temples and corner area, but I read online that propecia has never been shown to work on that area of the head.

Is this true? Has anyone used it and noticed results here?

It has worked on the front, top, and temples of my head. I'm starting my ninth month on the Big 3 and I'm extremely pleased.

I quit because i still had hair in my hand from time to time.
At the time I still had a full head, but slowly receding.

I am considering going back to Propecia because of the minoxidil side effects.

For people like Avery, how do you really know if it has helped you if your on the Big 3, maybe it didn't help you at all and minoxidil did all the work. I never understand how Big 3 guys can pinpoint their success to one med or the other

I would suggest that propecia treats the cause and prevents further follicle death. minoxidil makes the existing follicles take of and turn dark.
