propecia vs other finasteride

I just would like to know that which one is better in impact between Propecia or Other Finasteride (especially, 5mg). What i know so far is that Propecia is considered as atop brand in the Finasteride formula. But comparing with others finasteride, it is the same like others..

P.S. A huge different in price between Propecia and other finasteride..
