Hey guys, I've been on finasteride for over two years now. I had a bit of regrowth in the beginning and have been stable for two years. I feel like I may have been losing ground slightly as of late but can't be certain as the only pics I take have a somewhat of a comb forward hiding the hairline. Regardless, I do know that I'm not as bad as when I first started. The reason I've never added minoxidil is due to fear of shedding but as of late I have been considering a hair transplant to bring down my recession a bit. Would anyone suggest I try minoxidil before taking the plunge or am I correct in my fear of shedding??
