Well it has been a month now since I started propecia and nizoral shampoo. So far I have experienced an increase in shedding, but nothing to cry about. I'm actually more annoyed than worried. My hair is about 3 1/2 inches in all around and the falling hairs tickle my face often. It's very annoying. Not worried though, as shedding is supposed to happen. I've heard it enough already, so I ain't concerned.
Sex drive? Hah! I was worried about this in the beginning, but have experienced NO sign of any decrease in sex drive. WooHoo!! Still the sex beast I was before the pill. Nice.
Now in terms of the look of my hair? well, I can tell I'm losing it up front when I wake up in the morning and my hair is forward. But when I pull my hair back the hairline is the same. The hairs around the temple area on the sides is certainly shorter and lighter than the rest. My crown is beginning to thin out, but still not really noticable.
If I am able to maitain my current set of hair I would be extremely happy. Glad I started this regimine soon after the early signs of male pattern baldness.
I'll give another update at 3 months.
