Hi Guys,

I am 21 years old and notice thining hair on the top of my head and temples. I have been on Propecia for about 7 months now and has slowed down hiar lass and made a little hair grow back on my crown. However my temples and front of my head still feels quite thin.

I was wondering what else you guys suggest I can take in the way of vitamins or suppliments. I dont want to have to apply anything physically to my head.

No vitamin or suplliment will help you at front of head or temples. Vitamins and supps are supposed to make your hair stronger, but no regrowth. Look into minoxidil or spironolactone, or maybe even laser comb....

yeah, but you never know. Some vitamins help with blood circulation and antioxidation. I believe in throwing many things at hairloss all at once. It makes sense that if you're getting results from finasteride, you may get even more results from B12, throw in some Copper and maybe even more results and on and on. Flax is supposed to be good to inhibit DHT as well.

I know you said you dont want to apply anything physically to your head.

But you may want to look into Dr Proctor's NANO shampoo and conditioner... after all you have to shampoo right.

why dont you continue ur nizoral/finasteride for at least a year, and then see whats up from there. Also you could save that money that you would spend on other treatments and buy a kayak or something so you could have an activity that keeps your mind off your dome and keeps you in shape.

I already goto the gym 5 times a week and surf on the weekend. So my body is in good nick... will have the six pack ready for summer :) But you see with a bit of gel in your hair you can hide the balding spots. However I dont want to walk out of the beach and everyone see my wet balding head...

Anyway MSM and Saw Palmetto I will probably add into my diet as there both pretty cheap and worth a shot. Nothing to loose but a few $$.

Is that Dr Proctor's NANO shampoo available in AUS?
