hey guys , it has been two years now that i am on propecia and 8 month on minoxidil , and my situation is worse than ever . I am totally depressed , i don't know what to do , my hair become super greasy very fast , propecia didnt stop my hairline recession and minoxidil made it even worse ( vellu hair shedding ) , and gave me unwanted body hair .
I don't blame the propecia but i think that my male pattern baldness is taking a next level . f*** i am just 23 yo.

Bruh, you post here all the time saying that your hair has gotten worse on treatments. Can you please post some before and after pictures? A lot of times people think that their hair has gotten worse when in reality it has stayed the same or gotten better.

But you could always add RU, dutasteride, and dermarolling.

Michel, your experience isn't so different from mine. I'll be 2y on propecia in about 6 months. If things don't turn around for me I plan on adding/switching to dutasteride 0.5mg building up to 1x daily. I'm also seriously considering oral minoxidil at low dose with dutasteride.

my male pattern baldness escalates quickly , at first i was just the early stage Norwood 1,5 , and i thought propecia would saved me . But now i had to add minoxidil , but my hairline still receded . I doon't want to add duta . My dht is really low 0,12ng/pl (range 0,33-1,40) ans my oestrogen are high. the chance of getting gyno is sure .
I might be really dht sensitive at the scalp . I am afraid because my uncle went bald in their mid twenties , and this happening to me despite all the treatment

So what's the surprise? Propecia doesn't work for a lot of people. In that case it's garbage.
You should look into adding some topical estradiol. Just like in my case, Propecia failed me, but instead of giving up, I found my own solution.

I think you should just keep making threads and posts everyday about how propecia isn't working

Sometimes you can beat people over the head with a solution and they still won't do anything different.

@michel sapin - bro, i say this with all my love, calm the f*** down about the body hair growth ... U r gonna get more and more hairy with age with or without minoxidil . I'm 32 now and when i was ur age i was much less body hair and its nothing to do with minoxidil. From what i understood u are way less hairy than me, and im not even that hairy compared to some guys, so trust me ur fine, stop sweating over some extra body hair. U can wax it, use tweezers, get laser ...

Now regarding treatments. If u wanna go guns blazing and go out u can add dutasteride to ur finasteride, or swith to just dutasteride, dutasteride should reduce ur body hair a bit, definitely add ru - give it a try. U can also try higher concentration topical minoxidil.
Then u can try experimental stuff like what the user 'whatever' mentioned here.

When I was a nw1.5-nw2 i didnt worry that much about my hair, i kept thinking im still fine, i got plenty time, i was also naive to think regrowth wasn't that hard with traditional treatments. So dont just wait it out, do something if it worries u.

I'm sure there are more worthy treatments that no one mentioned here yet so theres more stuff u can try. Dont give up.

thx for your help guys. i know that duta wuld work but it would raise my oestradiol too much.
and for me ru is a scam , i order some batch on anagenic a year ago , and tested it in a professional lab , and they were fake , i paid almost 100 euros for this sh*t.

How much did it cost u to get it tested ? I was thinking of buying a year's worth from Kane ...
If i knew duta would work for me i would switch or even add it to finasteride right away... But in my case it's not very obvious it's working.
