This was the news report that came out in 2008. Since then the media stories have been all but negative.

I'm not sure if the guy is for real. He had found propeciahelp so I'm sure that influenced his sides and psychosis. I wonder where that dude is now a days... Probably happy banging chicks with all of the money he collected from Merck?

I started taking finasteride last July, from here on out any health problems that I have I'm blaming on finasteride.

I believe the sides are real, but not everybody gets them. How did we go from a drug that had a very safe profile to a drug that gives ED, gyno, etc., to most of the guys that use it? Internet hysteria, plain and simple. Real sides are very real and happen to a very low percentage of guys. Psychosomatic sides are happening to a very high percentage of guys.

What more do I want? I want people to stop coming on here lying and scaring guys away from treating their hair loss. That is a messed up thing to do and should be stopped.

I got side effects so I can only so bad things about finasteride. Sure, I am scaring guys away from treating their hair loss. Should I lie to them that my side effects are all in my head and recommend a drug that even I wouldn't take?

No you shouldn't. I have no problem with the truth, but you don't need to exaggerate and make it as if sides are guaranteed to get your point across.

Every oral drug has side effects. You'd be an idiot to not expect side effects when taking a drug.

If someone really doesn't like the side effects they can just stop taking it, it's not that hard. finasteride is not some addictive drug. The only reason why someone would carry on is that they believe the side effects are worth it if their hairloss has been reduced and they feel it's made their lives better.
