Propecia, Enlarged Prostate And Hair Growth(advice Please)

Hi Gents, Im an older male (65) who has a enlarged prostate. Doctor put me on Flowmax and that helped with the peeing but the side effects sucked. I started using saw palmetto extract instead of Flowmax and it works like a charm(natural,no side effects). I also have been on minoxidil for 30 years and the last few months seem to have quit working. I have been thinking about starting using propecia for my hair loss. I was reading where propecia was originally used for large prostate. My question is (If i should start using propecia for hair loss would it also work for shrinking prostate? Thus doing away with my need for saw palmetto. Also I wonder if the propecia would have the same side effects as the Flowmax had on me. (Headache, dizziness and seemed to make having a orgasm impossible ) Has anyone else had this experience? Replies are more than welcome.
