What's the general recommendation with propecia and infertility?

This article essentially says that sperm count drops while on propecia but goes back to normal after discontinuing. But sperm motility remains the same even after discontinuing.
I don't plan on conceiving for a few years, but do I need to avoid propecia if I want kids in the eventual future?
