Propecia and funny feeling in hairline

Been on finasteride for about a month and a half and I have noticed some loss around the temples. The temple area was already getting thin so I just think these hairs were ready to go anyway.

What I have noticed however is a tingling or itching feeling around the hairline and temples. Not sure what this is. It's almost like something is touching the skin at a very fine point. Kind of tickles.

Has anyone had this. Maybe the feeling I am getting is the shedding of the hairs.

I also think I am losing a liitle more hair than normal but I won't panic about this. I will just let finasteride do it's job and I will get on with my job.

But overall my hair still looks OK. It's going to be an intertesing few months!

i think thats quite common when you start losing hair

A lot of us have felt the "itch." I used to get it on my crown something fierce...once I started treatment, the itch went away.

Coincidence? Perhaps. I certainly don't have a direct causal relationship, but in this case, correlation is enough for me.
