There is really not much need to take finasteride if you're going to be taking dutasteride. dutasteride will stay in your system longer, and it's more effective at blocking DHT. Even .125mg of dutasteride is more effective than 1mg of finasteride. My younger brother is currently on it at .125mg (4 days on, 1 day off), and has gotten some decent results.
