propecia 12 months mark shed - lots of dandruff

i need help with my recent shed at 12 month mark - so far propecia have given me a lot of regrowth but this month has been shedding a lot. what i changed is basically adding nizarol 2% into the mix and i have too much dandruff...

i stopped nizarol but the dandruff wont go away.. i m continuing to shed... any insights? thanks.

very painful just like a year ago before i started propecia... my hair count definitely worse than 1 month ago.. HELP!

I found nizoral dries out the scalp creating dandruff too which its supposed to stop. I found just using it once a week and using other milder moisurising shampoos in between seemed to fix it.

Good point. I am coming close to conclude the winter dry air (and the heat) is causing dry scalp causing this shed. Nizarol definitely contributed to the dry scalp, danduff, and shed.

Nick, Are there any mosturizing shampoo that you recommend for us? Thanks.

since i first used Nizarol like 3 yrs back, it creates tons of dandruff everytime i shampoo my hair. i still havent figure out why is that.
