propanol soak seems not to be so efficient. at least 1-2 hours isn't enough. i've still got white residue in my lace holes and although i got rid of the tape, its residue is still there and won't come off so easily. leaving it for another 15h there.

i only have like 1 cm of lace in the front which i probably can't mirror slide properly. right behind it is the polyurethane material. i haven't tried it, though. wouldn't mirror slide hurt polyurethane? i thought a good soak would still kill all the liquid adhesive residue...

99% Isopropyl alcohol is not a full-blown adhesive remover, though. Don’t expect it to completely dissolve your adhesive, or to be a one-bottle solution to your removal or cleanup needs.
