Anyone tried this product? Does it really have to be applied before putting on the system or can it work through the lace as well? As I don't know whether I am going to get too much shine I would like to use it afterwards. And what does it mean that it can refresh the adhesive?

The review is very positive as well and also about the refreshing aspect: I use this product since 1 month and it really changed my life...i wear a french lace wich i tape..i put the product on the tape ( it looks like a white glue ) i let it dry and then i put the tape on the lace..it really kill the shine...but what i like the most is that when i clean my front line i apply it on the tape and it really act like a glue and so my front hear line is always clean and stuck...really it's magic...and so easy after to clean the hair system

I tried it and it didn't work at all. This is on a UTS system, and the product marketing does say it should work.

I left a review on this forum. You might be able to search for it.

Haha, just use Walker No Shine tape if you worried about that.

I've got it now. It's quite tacky so maybe it really works like a glue.

What interests me is whether I can apply it when the system is on already to certain spots only that have shine or need refreshing. So I would be applying it through the lace. Doesn't seem very good probably, right? Would make the cleanup difficult?

I use Walker No Shine, but it might as well be called Ultra Shine as far as I'm concerned.

No Shine tape didn't work well for me either. It was clearly visible through the lace at the hairline. Does it really work as well as they claim? It's also really fiddly to attach too! I dunno, I might give it another try at some point, but it didn't seem to work for me.
