Hi!

Sorry in advance for the bad english =)

I write this thread in the hope to be able to help you out there who are experiencing male pattern hair loss at an early age and lose their hair just as I have done for the past 5 years and have stopped taking finasteride due. side effects. Note that my topic is based solely on personal experience.

In 2013, I lived on my assets, six months later I ended up in great financial liabilities because I burned a quarter of a million Swedish kronor in credit. This resulted in a lot of stress and physic illness. At first, I got dandruff, eczema and as a next step, I started running androgen alopecia despite the fact that hair loss does not exist in the family.

In combination with the male hair loss I have suffered from hair loss due to an unstable diet, much stress and practicing way too much. My diet has always consisted of 2 max 3 meals per day, however, I have been practicing for an average of 4 -5 times per week, fitness, martial arts and running.

When we're talking hair, I am convinced that it is primarily on three parameters.

- (1) Mental Health (2) sugar consumption, and (3) Male pattern baldness

(1 ) Mental Health: When you consume your own body through poor diet and stress, there is great risk that you trigger cortisol, which in turn cuts off the nutrient uptake and results in you losing hair.

( 2 ) Sugar consumption: Consuming a lot of sugar that I've done over the years is very toxic. (3-4 L of cola per week + candy etc.) The sugar strangle even the nutrient uptake as part of the stage will allow your scalp to end stifled because it receives no nourishment. However, I am addicted to sweets every four days so do not understand how to live a life without sugar.

( 3 ) Male pattern baldness: Although the above parameters is as important as this so says every doctor the same thing: "eat finasteride," even though they do not inform about the extent about the side effects, such as impotence and eliminated sex drive. I was both unhappy and had to make the final with my girlfriend on the background of this substance finasteride when I did not want to have sex anymore.

Seven months later, I decided never to avail myself of this preparation again. I am convinced that there is a billion dollar industry that will never reveal the extent of the preparation, real side effects. In the summer of 2014, I lost about 60% of my hair, and since then my hair gone in waves, so I do not know when the male hair loss is a negative spiral downward.

I took a blood test four weeks ago and showed this :

- S - Testosterone: 32 ( with finasterid ) - 10 % reduced
- S - SHBG: 52
- S - testosterone bioakt: ***
- S FSH: 4.9
- S LH: 8.6
- S-cortisol: 369

History:

Historically, I have had abnormally high sex drive and very easy to build muscle. I interpret this as a high testosterone level because I always had a commanding presence, high self-esteem, etc., etc., so that it is then converted to 5a-dihydrotestosterone was not news. Since it is about sensitivity to their own follicles in the scalp of course. I tested finasteride for 8 months, and felt that I got back a lot of hair, but it was not worth it.

My sex drive was reduced by approximately 80% and impotence was no alternative. I have visited some 30 hair clinics in Stockholm and talked to a lot of doctors on the Internet. Although nutrition is the core of the subject, it seems not the doctors understand that above information have big impact on your hair and natural cures actually helps, but the standard process is that the doctor writes out propecia which incidentally cost 3 times more than finasteride accord despite is the same use.

Here is a series of housetips and the tips and tricks to keep your hair:

Avoid washing your hair 5 times per week (wear a lot of hair when drying the hair) Drink plenty of water, try not to check on your hair too often (avoid cortisol secretion of mental stress), exercise a lot, try to feel good in the soul , Do not be fooled what any doctor says, avoid creatine and testosterone-enhancing drugs, Eat plenty of fibre and avoid sugar in large quantities, try reducing the number of "wax days” when hair follicles from clogging. Also avoid tuft, hat and cap, avoid strong sun

My solution to come:

Internal:
I have read a lot about Neofollic and will test them in the future as an internist "hair tablet “ then a good Swedish multivitamin drink is Mivitotal and includes almost all subjects except DHT inhibiting. The advantage of Neofollic is that it including more DHT inhibiting substances then any other product, and biotin and several of the amino acids that the scalp needs. Finally, I think eating flaxseed oil to get me in omega 3 and omega 5 which is good for hydration, etc.

External:
I will combine the above with "Cicamed hair scalp treatment" which contains propacil which is equivalent to minoxidil but without the side effects. I will also be massaging my scalp 5 minutes every night with sesame oil and lavender, and even use a pig brush to ensure that I strengthen my hair.

External/ shampoo
As I wrote above, I think that you should avoid washing your hair too often, but if we must choose a shampoo I recommend you a shampoo without perfume and propylene glycol.

Last Wednesday when I was at the hairdresser, I was told that a customer has tested "bioxsine" and the product has apparently given this customer previously was almost bald lot of new hair, the hairdresser was quite lyrical. I also bought "Revita shampoo" I have read a lot about that contains much of the following topics that should be good for the hair and its regrowth.

Questions:
- Where is your experience of the above products?
- What do you think of my solution going forward? Other ideas ?
- I have tried all the above products, but I'm interested to hear your experiences and what you have tried.
- Is there a big difference between vitamins and vitamins? What is your experience?
- Do you agree with the contents below? have you tryed ? any luck ? success storys? What do you recommend?

- For me test results and other " clinical tests " are completely uninteresting for me as skin and hair are so individually enabled, so personally I'm more interested in hearing your views and get complete patterns what actually works and does not.

- I have tested both minoxidil and Recrea at different times but unfortunately Recrea Forte burned my follicles on the side of my head, which has led to that I have round spots big as golf balls on each side of the head, looks crazy ... I chose immediately stop both of these products. It looks like someone has driven a clipper into the hair at me on both sides, when i let the hair grow out. Someone who can explain this? There are other side effects that red patches under the eyes i have read, then, I find it very tedious to spray morning and night. finally, it is very expensive so i have no idea of using it again.

If you are so certain that these natural methods work, why do you have to ask for our validation? Serious question, not wanting to sound rude or anyhing in that nature
