problem buying s5 cream on this site?

Hi,

I am in the UK and was trying to purchase some s5 cream a few days ago and each time I got to the part where you enter your card details and i couldnt type or alter anything from the menus, they were all disabled??

is it a problem with the browser I am using or something? any help would be appreciated thanks!
