I’m planning to start 5% minoxidil and (possibly) finasteride in the next few weeks. I’m also planning to start using Nizoral Shampoo (1x per week) and dermapen (2x per month).
Would you recommend starting these all at once or perhaps in stages?
Perhaps it doesn’t matter but I’m trying to avoid overwhelming my scalp all at once.
Background: I’m 36 and starting noticing thinning on the frontal region and crown 6 months ago which has progressed. I’m very lucky compared to most and only perhaps a Norwood 1, but I’d like to maintain as much as possible. I have been using:
-Lipogain Shampoo and Conditioner
-Nutrafol Supplements
-Dermapen 1x per month
