Pretty Weird Thinningsomeone Please Look Into It:)

Hi,I am just 18.I am losing hair from when I was 13.Actually the problem is I have a almost perfect nw1 hairline with thinning the inside it.And I am losing more and more hair from crown and from there downwards.I mean in the back of the head and necklineI have still lots of density..So please suggest me to maintain it atleast.Thank You
