I am here to get help for my wife. She's 3 months pregnant now. She's now suffering from hair loss and she's really upset. I know that hair fall is normal during pregnancy, but it seems that she is losing too much of her hair. This is her second pregnancy. During the first pregnancy, also she had hair fall, but now everyday while brushing she's losing too much of hair. I cannot see her worrying like this. Can you please help me out? As she is pregnant I do not prefer medications for her. Do you know any other treatment that can prevent hair fall during pregnancy? Diet or exercise??
