Does anyone have any insight to this? I have been recommended by a dermatologist (non hair transplant Dr.) to use Pramosone after applying minoxidil to the recipient area to reduce redness and inflammation.
I noticed that after a week of use, I have noticeably fewer (almost no) pimples. Could this be a "bad" thing as it may be an indication that the growth is being thwarted?
It has been two months after receiving 1500 grafts to the front third.
