Potential Regrowth? Or Just More Miniaturized Hairs

I was hoping to get some opinions on these hairs that have came up on the one side of my hairline... Basically, I've started finasteride maybe 2-2.5 months ago and was wondering if this is regrowth or just more miniaturization.

Only you could know but if you're asking the question I'd presume it's regrowth as people tend to be negative about these things.

Thanks for reply and that's true, but I rarely check my hairline ... Does nothing but cause stress. So every month or so when I do check, I have some sort of slight change like this that's hard to identify. I guess I'll have to wait it out.
