Here's what I do. I'm going to re-start this from tomorrow.

I do 200 reps (lying down on my back, 100 on each arm) with 1 ¼ KG metal hand dumbbells.

Then I stand up and immediately do 100 lifting them up and down towards me - I don’t know the correct term.

Then I do 30, lifting them away from my body.

I also plan to do at least 50 sit up’s a day. 10 press up’s.

All in all this lasts about 10 minutes, if I do it continuously. 15 mins at the most.

I do this daily, at home. Obviously, I’m missing out of working the upper body.

I’m unsure how effective this will be, but lasts for about 1 hour 10 minutes a week.

With regards to diet, I'm still 100% unsure of what's a no go in the kitchen, but I can find that out. I take zero supplements.

Increase the weights and do fewer reps. You aren't going to gain mass by doing 200 reps with 1.25 kg weights.
