In a few months I'm going to have genioplasty. Right now I'm pretty happy with how my hair looks, plus It's constantly improving. What are the chances of getting a shitty shock loss from surgery that's going to screw up my gains?

Shock loss is possible with any surgery, particularly when going under anesthesia. But it'll grow back as long as you aren't actively thinning

I wouldn’t say I’m “actively thinning,” but my hair cycles are pretty messed up. That’s actually why I’m worried. The condition of my hair changes several times a year, but it always looks better after each cycle.
